Quality Management Systems

 

A quality management system is the main enabler of effective and efficient operations. The system enables planning, monitoring and control of the processes that link customers with products and services. The system also enables systematization of organizational leanings to improve competitiveness.

 

We document the Quality Management processes tailored to the client scope of service and products to be conformant to the target standard (e.g. ISO9001). Quality Manual and procedures are provided to enable systematic management of critical processes. Our consultants are ASQ  certified.
