Two day RCA Training​

What: Join us for a hands-on session where you'll learn how to dig deep, uncover the root causes of issues, and stop those annoying repeat failures cold. Perfect for anyone tired of quick fixes that don’t last. Let’s get to the bottom of problems together and make your solutions stick for good!​

Whom: This training is built for people who get dragged into repeat failures, NPT, customer complaints, safety events, or audit findings—and need investigations that hold up and actually change the system. - RCA team leads, facilitators and "voluntold" investigators

Training workshop

Certificates
All participants receive a Certificate of Attendance showing the course title, version, date, and contact hours (instructional time).
For organizations that require evidence of competency, an optional Certificate of Attainment is available when participants complete a short assessment (knowledge check + practical RCA exercise).


Continuing Education Credit (self-reporting)
Many professionals can self-report this training for continuing education credit. We provide documentation to support the claim, including contact hours and a detailed agenda. Acceptance depends on your credential or licensing body.

Examples:

  • ASQ Recertification Units (RUs): learners commonly claim 0.1 RU per contact hour (instructional time).

  • PMI PDUs: PMI defines PDUs as one-hour blocks of professional development; participants commonly claim PDUs based on instructional contact hours.

  • Texas PE PDH: instructional hours may be eligible as PDH, subject to TBPELS rules.

  • CEU equivalency: we can provide CEU-equivalent calculations using the IACET definition (1 CEU = 10 contact hours). Note: IACET CEUs are only issued by IACET-authorized providers.


Third-party validation options (available for enterprise rollouts)
If procurement requires external recognition, we can scope a path to third-party validation (e.g., Exemplar Global RTP / TPECS).
